Set Up Business Details and Your Invoice Logo
Choose the business identity and logo your clients see, while keeping issued invoice details unchanged.
Your business details identify who is billing the client. Save them within a new or draft invoice, or open Invoices → Invoice settings to manage the full settings.
Billing identity
Enter the legal or trading name, billing address and country. Add a reply-to email for questions about the bill. If you charge tax, provide the tax ID your invoice requires. These details belong to your business, not the client.
You can save a draft before finishing setup. Complete and save the required business details before issuing it. Saving setup never sends the invoice.
Choose an invoice logo
Use Invoice logo (optional) to choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file up to 3 MB. Check the preview, then save your business details or settings. Uploading alone does not apply the change.
The invoice logo is separate from your My Page photo. Without a saved invoice logo, Trankets uses that photo if one is available. Remove invoice logo, followed by saving, restores this fallback. It does not delete your My Page photo.
A wide logo keeps its proportions on the invoice. Check the document and print preview before sending it to a client.
Changes and existing invoices
Drafts use your current saved business details and logo. Issued invoices retain the details and logo recorded when they were issued. A later name, address or logo change does not rewrite those documents.
Invoice settings also control defaults, the number prefix and reminders. These are separate from changing a draft's line items. Once invoices have been issued, their number sequence is locked.
If a save or upload fails
Your edits stay on the screen after an ordinary save failure. Check the error and try again when the connection is available. A failed logo upload keeps the previous logo selected. If your session expires, sign in again before continuing.
If saved settings cannot load, use Retry. Do not replace existing details with a blank form.
