Your Audience, in One Place

Most platforms complete a sale and keep the buyer. On Trankets, every person who buys a ticket, downloads a product, or books you can land in a contact list that belongs to you. That list is the asset - the thing that makes your next launch easier than your last.

This guide shows you how the contact list fills itself, what it knows about each person, and how to keep it healthy.

What You Will Learn

  • Find your contacts and understand where each one came from
  • Read a contact's full history with you - events, purchases, bookings, and spend
  • Connect your events, products, services, and waitlists so buyers become contacts automatically
  • Understand how unsubscribes are respected

Where It Lives

Go to Contacts in your dashboard. You will see three tabs:

  • All Contacts - everyone, searchable and filterable
  • Groups - your contacts organized into lists you can email
  • Unsubscribed - people who opted out of your emails

How Contacts Are Created

Some contacts you add; the best ones arrive on their own:

HowWhat it takes
Waitlist signupAutomatic. Every waitlist is linked to a contact group when you create it.
Product purchaseAutomatic if you linked a contact group to the product.
Service bookingAutomatic if you linked a contact group to the service. Intake answers are saved on the contact too.
Event attendeesOne click: open a group and use Import from Event to pull in everyone who registered.
Past product buyersSame: Import from Product pulls in everyone who bought it.
CSV importUpload a spreadsheet from any tool - you map the columns.
Added by youOne at a time, with name, email, and phone.
The single highest-leverage setting on Trankets: when you create a product or service, link it to a contact group. From then on, selling and list-building are the same motion - your audience grows because you sold.

Reading the List

The All Contacts table shows each person's Name, Email, Engagement, Group, Source, and Status.

  • Engagement sums their history with you - events attended, purchases made, and what they have spent.
  • Source tells you how they arrived: "Attended an event", "Bought a product", "Booked a service", "Waitlist", "CSV import", or "Added by you".
  • Status is Active or Unsubscribed.

Search by name or email, filter by status, sort by newest, oldest, or name. Select several contacts and use Move to... to put them into a group in one action.

The Contact Detail Page

Click any contact to open their page. You get:

  • Stat cards for Events, Products, Services, and Spent with you
  • An Activity timeline - every event they attended, product they bought, and service they booked, with dates, statuses, and amounts
  • A private Notes tab - what you should remember about this person. Only you can see it.

This is the difference between a mailing list and an audience: before you message someone, you can see the whole relationship.

Unsubscribes Are Permanent by Design

When someone unsubscribes from your emails, they are excluded from every future campaign - even if you re-import them from a spreadsheet, and even if they later buy from you again. A purchase never silently re-subscribes anyone.

You can see who opted out (and when) under Contacts → Unsubscribed. Respecting that list is what keeps your deliverability - and your reputation - intact.

Room to Grow

Every plan includes contact storage, and the ceiling rises with your plan. If your list is filling up, that is usually the best possible problem - it means the flywheel is working. Check your usage under Billing → Usage This Period, and upgrade before you hit the limit so no new buyer is ever left off your list.
