How to Leave a Product Review
Just bought something you love? A quick review takes about two minutes and does real work: it helps the next buyer decide with confidence, and it helps the creator reach more people. Here is exactly how to leave one.
What You Will Learn
- Find the product you bought and open the review form
- Give a star rating and write a helpful comment

Step 1: Open your purchases
Sign in to Trankets and go to Dashboard → My Purchases. Every product you have bought or downloaded lives here, each with its own actions.
Step 2: Click "Write Review"
Find the product in the list and click the Write Review button on its card.
Step 3: Rate it
Tap from one to five stars for your overall experience. Five means you would happily recommend it; one means it missed the mark.
Step 4: Say why
Add a comment (up to 2,000 characters) about what stood out. The most useful reviews are specific:
- What did you use it for?
- What worked well, and for whom?
- Anything a future buyer should know before they buy?
Step 5: Submit
Click submit and you are done. Your review posts right away.
Changing your mind
You can edit or delete your review from the same My Purchases page for up to 48 hours after posting. After that it stays as a permanent, trustworthy record for other buyers.
Where your review goes - and why it matters
- It appears on the product's public page for every future buyer to see.
- It updates the product's average rating and review count.
- Honest reviews lift great products in discovery, so the creators doing good work get found by more people.
That is the flywheel in action: your two minutes helps the next buyer choose well and helps a creator grow. Multiply that across a community and everyone wins.
