Shop Policies and Building Trust
Set your refund window, choose who pays the platform fee, add checkout questions, wire up analytics, and build buyer trust.
Use My Page → Selling Rules for supported account-wide selling defaults. Review each setting's scope: product delivery rules do not replace booking cancellation terms or event cancellation rules.
Refund policy
Open Policies and choose the supported refund window and any customer-facing note. Product purchases save the applicable policy at purchase; changing today's setting does not rewrite those saved terms.
A refund window can affect when product earnings become available. Settlement and other applicable holds still matter. Choosing no voluntary product refunds does not remove every dispute, reversal or platform obligation.
Product delivery and fees
In Product Delivery, review the default download limit, automatic purchase email, fee-bearer choice, preferred currency and additional buyer questions. Product-specific overrides can apply.
Check the buyer's final quote after changing a fee or currency setting. Platform fees, payment-provider processing, currency conversion and shipping are different costs. Current rates are shown in your account and pricing.
Download limits are saved on purchases. A later default change does not reset an existing buyer's count. Purchase-email delivery requires successful sending; saving this setting does not prove a message arrived.
Analytics
Use the supported Analytics fields for your own tracking configuration. Check identifiers before saving and verify the integration under its actual consent and browser conditions. A configured identifier is not proof that every visit or conversion was recorded.
Verification
The Trust section shows your seller verification state and available next action. Pending review is not approval. Do not promise buyers that a badge guarantees delivery, refunds or a particular level of service.
Author verification is a separate identity and listing workflow for books. Review its status under Authors rather than assuming seller verification automatically verifies every author name.
Check before sharing
Save changes, open the relevant public offer and read the policy and quote as a buyer would. If an earlier purchase has different terms, check that order's recorded policy before answering the buyer.
