Managing Reviews

This guide explains who can leave reviews, what they can include, and how long they remain editable. It also covers where reviews appear and how they affect product discovery.

Review fields and limits

Deletion removes the review from public view, but it is retained in the system.

How a buyer leaves a review

Go to Dashboard → Purchases.
Find the product.
Click Write Review.
Select a star rating.
Enter a comment.
Submit.

How a buyer edits or deletes a review

Go to Dashboard → Purchases or use your reviews page.
Find the review.
Click Edit or Delete.
Confirm the change.

This is only possible within 48 hours of posting the review.

What happens next

The review appears on the product's public page.
The product's average rating and review count are updated.
Reviews contribute to the product discovery score.

Limits and requirements

Only verified product buyers can leave reviews.
Event attendees cannot review events.
Reviews can be edited or deleted only within 48 hours.
Photos are not supported.
Sellers cannot delete buyer reviews.

Common issues

Cannot leave a review: The purchase may not be verified, or the item may be an event, which does not support reviews.
Edit option missing: The 48-hour edit/delete window has closed.
Review not visible: It may have been deleted or is still being processed.
