Paying a creator you found online should feel safe. On Trankets it is — your money is protected, and you're always in control of the release. Here's how buying a service works.

Booking a time

Pick a booking option, choose a slot that works for you, and pay. Your session is confirmed instantly — you'll get a confirmation email, a calendar invite, and reminders before it starts. The meeting link or place is on your order and in that email.

Need to move it? Open your order and use Reschedule or Cancel. Your options and any refund follow the policy shown right on the page, so you always know where you stand before you click.

Buying a package

When you buy a package, your payment is held safely — it isn't released to the creator yet. Then:

1. The creator delivers the work.
2. You review it and, when you're happy, confirm — that releases the payment.
3. If you don't respond, the order auto-confirms after a few days.

You never pay for something you didn't get.

If something's wrong

If a package isn't what was described, open your order and choose Something's wrong to raise a dispute. While it's open:

• Nothing is released to the creator — your payment stays protected.
• You can talk it through with the creator in the order chat.
• If it isn't sorted out, you can ask Trankets to review it, and our team decides.
