Your Public Shop
This guide explains how your public shop page works. It covers the shop URL, what buyers see, featured products, and the discovery page.

Your shop URL is your public shop.
What buyers see
Your public shop shows:
- Seller profile. Name, avatar, and bio.
- Featured section. Up to 3 pinned products or events.
- Product and event grid. All active, listed items.
Feature an item
- Go to Dashboard → Products.
- Open a product at Dashboard → Products → [Your product] → Edit.
- Toggle Featured on.
- Click Save.
What happens next: The item appears in the featured section on your shop. You can feature a maximum of 3 items at once.
Shop grid
The grid displays active, listed products and events. Each card shows:
- Cover image
- Product or event name
- Price in the buyer's detected currency, or "Free"
- Category
Clicking a product card opens the product's public page. Clicking an event card opens the event page.
Discovery page
The platform-wide discovery page lists products and events from all sellers. Products and events appear there if they are:
- Active
- Listed
- Matching the current search or filter
Common issues
| Issue | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Shop shows no products | Products are not listed or not active | Toggle Listed and Active on |
| Featured section empty | No items marked featured | Feature up to 3 products or events |
| Wrong shop URL | Organizer slug changed | Share the link to your public shop |
| Items missing from discovery | Listed is off or item is inactive | Check Active and Listed settings |
