Make Your Page Convert

Someone asks what you do. You send one link. That link is your Trankets page - your services, events, and products in one place, at trankets.com/u/your-handle.

This guide walks you through setting it up so a stranger who lands on it knows what you offer and can pay you without asking a single question.

What You Will Learn

  • Set your name, photo, bio, and page address
  • Choose what shows on your page and in what order
  • Control how your page looks in search results and when shared
  • Set the selling rules that apply everywhere you sell

Where It Lives

Go to My Page → Page Design in your dashboard. The editor has four tabs: Identity, Appearance, Sections, and SEO & sharing.

Above the tabs you will see your public page link with Copy and Open buttons. That is the link you put in your bio, your email signature, and your chats.

Step 1: Identity

This tab is who you are.

  • Cover image - the banner across the top. Wide images work best (about 3:1).
  • Profile photo - square works best.
  • Display name - shown on your page, your event pages, and your product pages.
  • Page address - the /u/your-handle part of your link. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • About you - what you do and who you do it for, in up to 200 characters. This text also feeds search engines and social previews, so lead with the useful part.
Changing your page address breaks old links. Anything already shared - a post, a bio link, a message - stops working, and your old address becomes free for someone else to take. Pick a handle you can live with.

Step 2: Appearance

  • Accent colour - the colour used for buttons and highlights on your public page and in your share image. Brand colours are available on paid plans; on the free plan your page uses the default Trankets accent.
  • Your links - Website, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Leave any blank to hide it. Only add profiles you actually keep active - a dead link costs you more trust than an absent one.

Step 3: Sections

Your page is built from five sections. You choose which show and in what order:

SectionWhat it shows
ServicesBookable calls and fixed-price packages
EventsUpcoming and past events with tickets
ProductsDigital downloads, courses, and templates
AboutYour longer description, for people who want the story
LinksYour other places on the internet

Visitors read top to bottom, so lead with whatever you most want them to do. If you mostly sell services, keep Services first. If your next event is the priority, move Events up.

A section with nothing in it stays hidden automatically. You do not need to turn off Products just because you have not listed one yet.

Step 4: SEO & Sharing

This tab controls how your page looks outside Trankets.

  • Search preview - leave the title and description blank and they are written from your name and bio. Override only when you want to say something different.
  • Share image - the wide card people see when your link is posted to WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, or Slack. By default Trankets generates it from your name, bio, and accent colour and keeps it up to date. You can also use your cover image or upload a dedicated one (1200 x 630 works best).

Hit Save changes and open your page. That is what the world sees.

Selling Rules: The Other Half

My Page → Selling Rules holds the rules that apply everywhere you sell - your page, your product pages, your event pages:

  • Product Delivery - download limits, whether the buyer pays the platform fee or you absorb it, the currency buyers see first, and any extra checkout questions you want answered.
  • Analytics - your Meta Pixel and Google tags, so your ads know who bought.
  • Policies - your refund window. Buyers can request a refund for that many days after buying, and earnings from each sale stay on hold for the same period before they become withdrawable.
  • Trust - your verification status and what a verified badge does for conversion.

What Visitors Actually See

Your public page shows your cover, photo, name, and handle, plus a trust row that builds itself as you sell: how long you have been on Trankets, how many sales you have completed, and your refund policy. Below that come your sections, each searchable once it has enough in it.

Every buyer who lands here can reach everything else you sell. That is the point - a ticket buyer discovers your products, a client discovers your next event. One audience, every way to earn from it.

On paid plans you can also remove the "Sold on Trankets" footer from your page, so the whole surface is yours.
