Wallet, Fees, and Withdrawals
Read wallet availability, settlement and holds, review fees and follow a withdrawal request.
Open Wallet in your dashboard to review earnings, holds, payout details and withdrawal requests. A recorded payment and money available to withdraw are different states.
Read the balance
Check both Wallet Balance (NGN) and Available to withdraw. Some earnings can be waiting for settlement, a refund window, service completion or another applicable hold.
Product sales, event tickets and services do not all release on the same schedule. A package can still await delivery acceptance; a booking follows its session and hold rules. Read the amount and explanation on the relevant transaction rather than assuming every sale is immediately withdrawable.
Check fees before selling
Your applicable platform rate is shown in Billing and pricing. Payment-provider charges and currency conversion are separate considerations. Where a fee-bearer setting is available, review the buyer's final quote and your expected settlement.
A free ticket does not have a paid-ticket platform fee. That does not make email, SMS, shipping, subscriptions or every platform action free. SMS uses messaging credits. Do not infer an entire transaction's cost from one fee line.
Request a withdrawal
- Review your payout account and complete any required setup.
- Check the available amount, current minimum and any existing pending request.
- Select Withdraw Funds, enter the amount and review before submitting.
- Check the request status after submission. A request is not confirmation of a bank transfer.
A pending request can prevent another withdrawal or bank-detail edit. If a request is rejected, read the reason and check its status and balance before trying again. Do not submit a second request after a timeout without checking the first.
Refunds and reversals
Refunds or reversals can change your balance and available funds. A hold helps account for obligations; it is not a guarantee against a negative balance or every future dispute. Follow the recorded refund state and processing outcome.
