What Is Trankets?
Trankets is a platform for creators and sellers. You can host events, sell digital products, build waitlists, send newsletters, and run an affiliate program. Everything runs from one dashboard, and your contacts are shared across all features.
What You Can Do
| Feature | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Events | Create paid or free events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and check people in with QR codes. |
| Products | Sell digital downloads, courses, templates, and other files. |
| Newsletters | Send email campaigns to your contacts. |
| Waitlists | Collect signups before a launch and add them to a contact group. |
| Affiliates | Let others promote your events and products for a commission. |
How Features Connect
Some features share the same contact list automatically:
- Product buyers can be added to a contact group if you set one on the product.
- Waitlist signups are added to the contact group you choose when creating the waitlist.
- Affiliates can share tracked links to your events and products.
- You can send newsletters to any of your contact groups.
[!info] Event attendees are not automatically added to contacts. If you want to email them later, export their addresses or collect them through a waitlist or product purchase.
Where to Find Each Feature
Use the sidebar in your dashboard to move between features.
| Feature | Menu Location |
|---|---|
| Events | Dashboard → Events |
| Products | Dashboard → Products |
| Newsletters | Dashboard → Newsletters |
| Waitlists | Dashboard → Waitlists |
| Contacts | Dashboard → Contacts |
| Affiliates | Dashboard → My Affiliate Program |
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Trying to launch everything at once. Pick one feature, get comfortable with it, then add another.
- Forgetting to assign a contact group to products. Without a contact group, buyers will not be added to your contacts for future newsletters.
- Ignoring your contact list. Newsletters work best when you regularly email people who have signed up or bought from you.
