When a paid ticket sells, Trankets keeps a small percentage plus a low flat fee. The percentage depends on your plan, and it drops on every paid plan. Your exact fee is shown before you publish and on every sale.
You decide who pays it
Add the fee on top so your attendee covers it and you keep your full ticket price, or absorb it into your price. Your choice, per event.
Free events cost nothing
Hosting a free event or a free RSVP list? There is no platform fee at all. You only ever pay when money changes hands.
Selling to buyers abroad? They can pay in their own currency; card and processing costs are covered at checkout and your payout settles in Naira. Nothing to set up.

How much does Trankets take on a paid event?

Do free events cost anything?
No. Free events and free RSVP lists carry no platform fee at all. You only pay when you sell a paid ticket.
Can I make attendees cover the fee?
Yes. You can add the fee on top of your ticket price so the attendee pays it and you keep your full price, or absorb it into your price. It is your choice on each event.
What about buyers paying from other countries?
Buyers can pay in their own currency. Card and processing costs are handled at checkout, and your payout settles in Naira. There is nothing extra to configure.
What does it cost to send an invoice?
No platform fee, on any plan. The payment provider charges its own processing fee when a client pays online, and you choose per invoice whether that is added to the client's total or comes out of what you receive; either way it is shown before anyone pays. Plans differ only in how many invoices you can issue a month.
Is there a separate fee for selling access to a community?
No. Access to a community is sold through a ticket or a product, so it carries the same fee that sale already carries and nothing on top. There is no charge for the room itself, and every plan can run at least one.
What do SMS reminders cost?
Every plan can send SMS - including the free plan. Credits are pay-as-you-go: top up any amount from your dashboard, and the exact cost per message is shown before you buy. Paid plans also include a monthly credit allowance that resets each month - a head start, not a cap. Email is always free and unlimited.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to get started. The free plan has no monthly cost. Paid plans add a monthly or yearly fee in exchange for lower per-ticket fees and higher limits.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard, and your fees adjust with your plan.
