How Trankets Features Work Together
How Events, Products, Services, Newsletters, Waitlists, and Affiliates connect through your contact list - and the workflow that compounds.
How Trankets Features Work Together
Every channel on Trankets can feed the others - but the hub they all feed through is your contact list. This guide maps what connects automatically, what takes one click, and the workflow that turns one launch into the audience for the next.
The Channels
| Channel | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Events | Sell tickets, gather a room, check people in. |
| Products | Sell downloads, courses, and templates. |
| Services | Sell bookable time and fixed-price packages. |
| Newsletters | Email campaigns to your contact groups. |
| Waitlists | Collect demand before a launch. |
| Affiliates | Let others sell your items for commission. |
All in your dashboard sidebar; affiliates and promo codes sit in the Marketing group.
What Connects Automatically
Your contact list grows on its own when:
- Someone signs up to a waitlist - every waitlist is linked to a contact group by design.
- Someone buys a product with Auto-add Buyers to Contact Group set.
- Someone books a service with a linked contact group - their intake answers are saved on the contact too.
Event attendees are the deliberate exception: they join your contacts when you choose, via Import from Event in any contact group - one click, not an export-and-upload dance.
The Flywheel, Step by Step
- Capture demand first. Create a waitlist for the launch. Signups become contacts the moment they arrive.
- Run the event. Email the waitlist group the registration link from Newsletters.
- Bank the room. After the event, Import from Event into a group.
- Launch the product with a contact group attached - buyers now feed the list too.
- Announce to everyone you have earned: waitlist + attendees + past buyers. Sends deduplicate across groups automatically.
- Deputize your fans. Enable the product in your affiliate Catalog and send your invite link to your most engaged contacts - sort by engagement in Contacts to find them.
- Repeat. Each cycle starts with a bigger list than the last.
Selling and growing stop being separate jobs - the audience grows because you sold.
What Stays Manual (By Design)
- Event invites, product announcements, and affiliate invitations are yours to send - nothing spams your audience without you.
- Buyers become affiliates only by applying or accepting your invite.
Common Issues
- Attendees not in contacts: run Import from Event - it does not happen on its own.
- Buyers not in contacts: the product needs a contact group assigned.
- No affiliate applications: check the item is enabled in the Catalog and your program allows joining.
