Nobody gets in until they have paid.
Running a masterclass, a mentorship or a bootcamp? Or planning one? Put a price on the door and get paid in your buyer's own currency before anyone reaches your WhatsApp or Telegram group. Or run the whole thing here, where the room, the members and the access all belong to you.
Sell paid access to a WhatsApp group, a Telegram group, or a private community you run here
- Charge for the group you already run - WhatsApp, Telegram, or anywhere else you host it
- Or run the whole room on Trankets - no invite link to hand out or take back
- Buyers pay in their own currency
- Bundle it with an event ticket or a product - buyers are in the moment they pay
- Or sell access on its own page
- Decide how long one purchase buys - eight weeks for a cohort, or access that never lapses
- A refund takes access back on its own - there is no member list to police
- Announcements only, or open discussion - switch either way at any time
- Pin the one answer you keep repeating
- Moderators, reports and removals, so it is not all you
- Rotate the invite link whenever you want
- No separate fee for the room
Three steps.
That is it.
- 1
Point at the room
Paste the invite link to your WhatsApp or Telegram group and we work out which it is. Or open a room here instead, and skip invite links altogether.
- 2
Decide what buys the way in
Attach it to an event or a product you already sell, so every buyer is let in automatically. Or let access be the thing people buy, on its own page with its own price.
- 3
Get paid, then let them in
The money lands first. Every buyer gets a receipt with a link back to the room, and it keeps working for exactly as long as you said it would.
Powerful alone. Unstoppable connected.
Use communities on Trankets and here is what happens across your other channels.
Every ticket can come with a room
Attach a community to your event and every attendee is inside the moment they buy. The room outlives the event, so the people who showed up are still reachable when you launch the next one.
Sell the course, hand over the room
Attach a community to any product and every buyer gets instant access. Nothing to send, nobody to add. The course sells the room, and the room sells the next course.
Everyone in the room is a contact you can email
Members are people who bought something, so they are already in your contacts. Send the next announcement to the room, or to every buyer you have ever had.
Refunds and access move together
Membership is worked out from the purchase itself, not from a list someone has to maintain. Refund a buyer and their access goes at the same moment, with nothing to remember.
The receipt is the way back in
Every buyer's receipt carries a link to the room, so nobody has to ask you for it again. Lose the message, open the email.
Running a masterclass, a mentorship or a bootcamp?
Set what one purchase buys - eight weeks for a cohort, a year for an alumni room, or access that never lapses - and close the room when the programme ends. Closing frees the slot for the next cohort and nothing is deleted, so you can open it again whenever you want.
Questions about communities?
Can I charge people to join my WhatsApp group?
Yes. Paste your group's invite link, set a price, and share your Trankets link instead of the invite. The invite is only revealed after the money lands, so nobody reaches the group without paying first. It works the same way for Telegram.
Do my members have to move somewhere new?
No. If your community already lives in a WhatsApp or Telegram group, it stays exactly where it is and your members carry on as normal. The only thing that changes is how people get in.
What happens when someone's access runs out?
In a community hosted on Trankets, they lose access immediately and cannot read the room. In your own WhatsApp or Telegram group we cannot remove anyone, because it is not our group. Expiry stops them fetching the invite link again, and rotating the link is what makes it bite for people who are already inside. If you want access to end absolutely, host the room here.
What if a buyer gets a refund?
Access is worked out from the purchase, so it ends the moment the refund does. There is no separate list of members to remember to update.
Is there a separate fee for running a community?
No. Access is sold through a ticket or a product, so it carries the same fee that sale already carries and nothing extra. There is no charge for the room itself.
Can I move my community onto Trankets later?
Yes, and it is one setting. Everyone who already bought access keeps it, with nobody paying twice and nothing to migrate. That is why plenty of people start with the group they already run and move the room here once it is worth it.
How many communities can I run at once?
It depends on your plan, and every plan includes at least one. The limit counts open rooms only, so closing a finished cohort frees the slot for the next one. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can I keep the room to announcements only?
Yes, and that is the default. You post, everyone else reads, and there is no chat to moderate. Open it up to full discussion whenever you want, and switch it back just as fast if a conversation goes somewhere you would rather it did not.
Everyone in the room has already paid you once. The next thing you launch does not start at zero.
Start with communities. Add the rest later.
You do not need every channel on day one. The others are one click away when you are ready.
