What's the difference between a booking and a package?
A booking sells a slot of your time - a call or session - from your availability, confirmed instantly. A package sells a fixed piece of work for a fixed price, delivered on your own turnaround. You can offer both on the same service.
How does payment protection work?
For packages, the buyer's payment is held safely until they confirm the work was delivered, then released to you (or automatically after a few days if they don't respond). Bookings are confirmed and settle on the normal schedule. Buyers are protected, so they're comfortable paying someone new.
Can clients reschedule or cancel?
Yes, within the rules you set. Choose how many hours before a session changes are allowed, how many reschedules a booking gets, and what refund applies. The policy is shown to the buyer before they book.
