South African RandZAR
Zambian KwachaZMW
British PoundGBP

How buyers see prices

When a buyer visits a product page, the platform detects their country. The price is shown using this priority:

  1. Native price set. If you entered a price in the buyer's currency, they see that price.
  2. Converted price. If no native price is set, the platform converts from the base price using the current exchange rate.

Example:

  • You set NGN ₦10,000 and USD $25.
  • A buyer from Ghana visits. No GHS price is set, so the platform converts from NGN.
  • A buyer from the US sees exactly $25.

Set prices for a product

  1. Go to Dashboard → Products → [Your product] → Edit.
  2. Scroll to the Pricing section.
  3. Enter an amount for each currency you want to support.
  4. Optionally enter a Compare-at price for each currency.
  5. Click Save.

What happens next: The product price updates immediately. Buyers see the new price on the public product page.

Compare-at price

The compare-at price appears as a strikethrough next to the actual price. Use it to show a discount.

Example:

  • Price: $25
  • Compare-at: $40
  • Buyer sees: $40 $25

You can set different compare-at prices per currency.

Free products

A product becomes free automatically when all currency prices are zero. Free products skip checkout. The buyer clicks Get It and receives the download link immediately.

What happens next: The platform creates a purchase record and generates a secure download link. The buyer is taken to the download page.

Currency and settlement

Every purchase stores the exchange rate used at the time of purchase and the base price. You receive settlement in NGN.
